We are a very well travelled couple who love to talk to people from all backgrounds and walks of life. The house is 1 min 25 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria\'s best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club. It is 700 mtrs to the start of Portarlington village which has 10 cafes/ restaurants, incl. Indian, Chinese, Italian, Seafood, Pizza, plus numerous little boutique clothes and homeware stores, bank, newsagency, wine bar and hotel, all of a very good standard. The open fireplace in the Bungalow is perfect for those chilly winter evenings - wood supplied free of charge with 1 days notice required [ once lit, the fire must not be left unattended ].\nSmoking is not appreciated anywhere on the premises - if you must smoke, kindly smoke out in the street, as it is very difficult to eliminate the tobacco aroma from curtains and furnishings.
