This lovely early federation home has been recently, lovingly restored. It sits in the heart of Rylstone town and is a stone's throw to all that Rylstone has to offer.
The Cottage provides an historic country getaway whilst still being a flat short walk to Rylstone's legendary cafes, yum cha, pubs, clubs, parks and gift shops.
The Cottage has a choice of two large master bedrooms each with a queen size hotel quality bed and decorated in a luxe country federation style. There are two other smaller bedrooms with new single beds and quality bedding.
Both the kitchen and the bathroom are newly renovated, the kitchen in a quirky country style. All appliances are brand new and there is an original Hunter kitchen stove that can be lit in winter when it's cold. Dishes will need to be washed by hand as we chose to have an old fashioned kitchen with no dishwasher. In saying that the kitchen is beautifully equipped and has an electric stove, fridge, cook top and microwave.
The Cottage has a wonderful rambling garden and lawn and is surprisingly private due to several large hedges that divide the yard into different sections.
