Check In: All flights require a check in 30 minutes prior to the advertised departure time. A late departure is likely to affect passengers on following flights. Our Goal is to remain on time, if your arrival is likely to be delayed please inform us urgently, we will offer you alternative options.

Flights are subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking. Please don’t be offended or concerned, Kakadu Air operates light aircraft, take-off weight is a safety issue, we will not fly over weight, or compromise safety.
Due to the safety and weight / balance of the aircraft, we have a weight limitation of 130kg. If you are this weight please contact our reservations direct.
The Company reserves the following rights, to cancel, or to postpone any flight without notice should a circumstance occur that might represent a threat to the safe conduct of the flight or tour.
Reservations cancelled inside 24 hours from departure will forfeit payment in full.
Kakadu Air respects the “Kakadu National Park managements” voluntary code of conduct known as the “The fly neighborly policy”. This policy limits flights to a certain minimum height above terrain, and distance lateral from about 30 locations in Kakadu. Jim Jim and Twin falls are two of these locations. These Falls are viewed freely in our WET SEASON flights as the roads are closed. In the DRY SEASON when the roads are open there are no flights over Jim Jim and Twin Falls.
The Company and the pilot in command may refuse the carriage of a passenger, if that passenger could be regarded as likely to cause annoyance or offence to, or threaten the safety of the flight or any person on that flight.
In refusing service to any person or persons for reason of drunkenness, annoyance, offence, or threat to flight passengers or crew, the company refuses liability for any inconvenience or cost related to our refusal for the passenger or freight to travel.

Absolutely fantastic day. Cannot recommend this highly enough and has inspired us to do more travel in the top end. Daryl (our pilot) was very knowledgeable and couldn’t have done anything else to make the day better. Just an awesome experience

An amazing bucket list experience flying from Darwin to Kakadu and then on to the Yellow Water Cruise. Our pilot James was brilliant, very informative and we got the gold treatment the whole day :) So thank you James for all your knowledge and kindness, much appreciated !

A must do when wanting to see Kakadu in a day! Darrel was great for our flight and lily was great for our yellow river cruise. Amazing very views and service. Very nice food for lunch too

We had an amazing experience with Kakadu Air. Super flexible policy around booking and refunds for interstate customers and really easy to deal with. Loved the flight over country and seeing the different terrain, fantastic art gallery on the visit, brilliant Aboriginal tour guide for the East Alligator River trip and then a truly special time at Ubirr. What more could you want? Our pilot and driver Matthew was an amazing travel companion all day and he made the trip a real experience of a lifetime. Totally recommend!

What a great experience! We were lucky to be the only 2 on our flight and Daryl our pilot was so informative throughout the flight. The scenery is spectacular. We saw heaps of crocs and bird wildlife on our cruise. The whole day was fantastic. Thoroughly recommend this tour as you get to see so much more from the air than by bus. Thankyou for a very memorable day team.

We highly recommend this tour. David our pilot and tour guide was very knowledgeable. We had a spectacular 1.5 hour scenic flight from Darwin to Kakadu with so much to see along the coast line then following the Alligator Rivers and then to the edge of Arnhem land with so many rock formations to see. David told us about the aboriginal significance of the sites. Once we landed at Kakakdu, we boarded the yellow water cruise, which was amazing. Such serenity with many crocs and such a diverse range of birds to see. Lunch was delicious. It was great to learn about local aboriginal culture at the Warradjan Cultural Centre. The flight back took a different route with more to see. We so recommend this amazing tour, we thought it was good value

A brilliant day with David as our pilot and his team. Excellent knowledge and information about Kakadu, the lands and the clans and people. Every need anticipated...right down to the very chilled clothes to refresh yourself on the trip home. I don't know what these guys are paid but I hope they are being rewarded for such incredible professionalism and hospitality. The flight was breathtaking, the tour of the river was perfect with so many native animals to see, Ella our boat driver was so knowledgeable about the area, animals and indigenous culture. Everything I could ever want having such a short time to explore this amazing part of Australia.
