Coolgarra is a relaxed, unpretentious house. The aim is to provide a simple but comfortable environment. We hope you will appreciate what isn't there as well as what is.
Firstly, you have the whole house to yourself and it's the only one on the property. No-one else.
It's set up as a home. You can self cater with a full kitchen plus BBQ on the back deck. The kitchen includes a microwave, full sized fridge/freezer plus an electric oven and cook top. Crockery and cutlery for 6.
The dining room has a table and 6 chairs.
The lounge room includes a small television, DVD player, lounges and fire place (fire wood supplied).
Beds for up to 6 in 3 separate bedrooms. 2 single beds (down stairs). 1 double bed (down stairs with a private balcony), and a Queen size ensemble (upstairs with sofa bed). Pillows, doonas and electric blankets included. Sheets and pillow cases not supplied but can be hired.
Bathroom includes a shower, wash basin and toilet. Towels not supplied but available for hire.
Back deck has tables (2) and chairs (8) plus a gas BBQ.
Under cover car park is included but not attached to the house. The driveway is narrow.
Coolgarra is a non smoking property.
Mobile phone coverage is usually good.
Occasional visits from small wildlife such as lizards, possums, birds, insects etc.
Not Included:
Sheets, pillow cases and towels (available for hire for $10/person or BYO). Wi-fi. Bath (we rely on tank water). Airconditioning.
